Trailer Rental

3-hour Bubble Tap Trailer or Apé rental includes:

  • $945 (Mon-Thurs)

  • $1145 (Fri-Sun)

  • 9oz. disposable plastic wine cups

  • Cocktail napkins

  • Pour attendant for 3 hours

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Pour attendant—$50/ hour for each additional hour

  • Glassware or Bubble Tap-branded flutes: 99 cents per glass champagne flute or 85 cents per Bubble Tap-branded disposable champagne flute. See all options are here. Basic 9oz wine cups are included at no charge.

  • Additional hours—$150/hr

  • Mileage—$5 per mile more than 10 miles beyond 17036

  • Mimosa Bar—$3 per person flat fee

“Champagne Room” Photobooth with Trailer includes:

  • $550 flat fee for 3 hours

  • Unlimited photos

  • Ring Light & Phone Holder

The Details

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event

  • An 18% gratuity is applied to all invoices

  • The trailer is roughly 13 feet in length, 8 feet in height and 6 feet in width. Maneuvering the trailer into position requires additional space. We recommend an additional 8-10 feet in front of the dispensing area for guests to wait in line and be served.

  • You can provide bottles that we can keg for you onsite, or we can provide you with a list of retailers where wine and bubbly kegs can be purchased. If you have less than 200 guests, we suggest buying bottles.

  • The tap (i.e. serving) window is on the DRIVER’S side of the car. When maneuvering the trailer into its serving location, there needs to be enough room for our car to pull in and get out. Alternatively, we can move the trailer into place with a dolly, but there cannot be an incline or rough terrain.

  • The trailer needs access to a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet of the trailer to run. We bring a 100 foot, 12 gauge outdoor extension cords. If you do not want cords showing, or there is no access to power, a generator will need to be rented.

A Few Notes:

  • We are a dry hire mobile bar, which means you provide the alcohol and we provide the setup, service, and sparkle.

  • Serving Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and Berks counties, with availability to travel beyond for an additional fee.

How Much Alcohol Do You Need?

The standard catering calculation for alcohol service is two (2) drinks per person for the first hour and one (1) drink per person each hour thereafter.

  • Our kegs house 640 ounces of liquid. A standard bubbly or wine pour is six (6) ounces which equal roughly 106 glasses.

  • We use corny kegs, so you can fill the keg with however much or little you would like.

  • Other factors can affect consumption such as how heavy a drinking crowd the guests are and whether or not other alcohol is being served.
