Born in the glitz of Los Angeles and raised on glitter, girl power, and good champagne, Bubble Tap Trailer has been making events sparkle coast to coast. From Hollywood red carpets to downtown Lancaster soirées, we’re serving up more than bubbly—we’re serving unforgettable experiences with heart, sass, and a whole lot of sparkle.
The Bubble Tap Trailer by Tap Trailer Co. was the first mobile bubbly bar in the U.S., established by two effervescent sisters who bring fizz and style to celebrations, events and festivals. Now based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, the buzzy concept has sparked a fast-growing national franchise business serving up prosecco and other bubbly offerings on tap from its signature mobile bar crafted from a fully renovated vintage camper.
It was love at first sip for some of L.A.’s most notable names and female entrepreneurs who have excitedly embraced the concept at their own buzzworthy events, from Goop’s Gwyneth Paltrow, TV host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres, Fabletics founder Kate Hudson and many more. The Bubble Tap Trailer and Bubbly Bee Piaggio Apé are now sharing the love in Central PA and beyond!
Most notably, Tap Trailer Co. garnered the attention of executive producer, entertainer and former *NSYNC member Lance Bass who fell drunk in love with the company and its vision and quickly became an active partner and promoter of all things Bubble Tap.
“Being in the entertainment industry, I’ve seen a lot of event concepts, but Bubble Tap Trailer was a game changer. I couldn’t believe no one had thought to do this before” said Lance Bass.
The Bubble Tap Trailer is being carefully curated by eventrepreneur, Amy Helsing, who is committed to bringing the party to fellow female businesswomen. As part of the global effort for an equitable economy, Amy is committed to ensuring that a portion of all Bubble Tap Trailer franchises are women-owned. Using a significant portion of her time, support and resources, she is helping other women realize their dreams one Bubble Tap Trailer at a time.
OUR STORY
From L.A. to PA
Bubble Tap Trailer was born in Los Angeles, land of red carpets, influencer brunches, and events that demand a little extra sparkle. It started with one bold idea: turn a vintage camper into the ultimate mobile bubbly bar—and change the way we celebrate.
We were the first in the country to do it. One little trailer, a few taps, and a whole lot of charm quickly turned into a Hollywood darling. Our prosecco was poured at celebrity soirées, private events, and brand activations for clients like Gwyneth Paltrow, Ellen DeGeneres, and NSYNC’s very own Lance Bass (who loved us so much he joined the Bubble Tap fam).
But bubbly doesn’t belong only in Beverly Hills.
Today, Bubble Tap Trailer has officially made its home on the East Coast under the leadership of Amy Helsing—a passionate eventrepreneur who’s bringing the same sparkle, luxury, and celebration vibes to Central Pennsylvania.
Amy saw the magic of the Bubble Tap brand and knew it needed to roll into the heart of PA, where the events are just as gorgeous, the clients just as fabulous, and the prosecco still flows. Now, from Hershey to Lancaster and beyond, we’re making weddings, showers, pop-ups, and parties unforgettable—one pour at a time.

Amy didn’t just take the reins—she brought the whole party. With a background in event planning and a passion for building up women-owned businesses, Amy brought Bubble Tap Trailer to Pennsylvania to deliver unforgettable experiences (with a side of champagne).
She’s fiercely committed to helping other women thrive, ensuring that a portion of all Bubble Tap Trailer franchises are female-owned. Whether she’s styling a bar, mentoring a future franchisee, or hyping up your guests, Amy brings the kind of magnetic energy that makes every event a little more magical.
Aja Knouse

Equal parts people-person and party pro.
After 7+ years in the service industry bartending in State College and six years in early childhood education in Hershey, Aja knows how to multitask, connect, and show up with all the energy. Whether she’s behind the bar or running the mom-taxi for her two amazing kids, she brings patience, creativity, and joy to everything she does.
Aja and Amy have been besties for over six years, and now she’s bringing her charisma and hospitality chops to the Bubble Tap crew. When she’s not pouring prosecco, she’s outside with her family, catching up with friends, or devouring a good book (preferably with a glass of bubbly in hand).
Lance Bass

Yes, that Lance Bass. As a co-founder of the Bubble Tap Trailer brand, Lance helped launch the first bubbly bar trailer in Los Angeles—and became a part of our extended family. His love for sparkling celebrations and supporting innovative small businesses has helped Bubble Tap go from celebrity soirees to hometown weddings and everything in between.
You might not catch him tapping kegs in Pennsylvania (unless we ask very nicely), but his fabulous fingerprints are all over this brand.
